BMW X3 Trim Levels
The new BMW X3 is available in three trim levels. Despite having different engine options, each engine pairs with an eight-speed automatic transmission and sends power either to a rear-wheel or all-wheel drivetrain.
BMW X3 sDrive30i
The 30i trim has a 2.0-liter engine sending 248 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque to a rear-wheel system. On the exterior, the sDrive30i model has 19-inch alloy wheels, parking sensors, a power liftgate, and LED lighting.
BMW xDrive30i
The xDrive30i has a similar 2.0-liter engine to the sDrive30i model, but it differs in the drivetrain. It has an all-wheel-drive system and therefore enjoys better handling due to the enhanced grip. Inside, the xDrive30i model has multi-zone automatic climate control, power-adjustable front seats, and leather upholstery. In addition, it also has a 10.25-inch touchscreen with a 12-speaker sound system.
BMW M40i
Besides the larger engine, the M40i has larger exhaust outlets, sportier alloy wheels, and darker exterior trim. The M40i has a panoramic sunroof, keyless entry, and a refined adaptive suspension to enhance comfort and luxury. It also has two 12.3-inch displays; an infotainment screen and a digital gauge cluster.
